Pessoal, Estou com um enorme problema e um iphone 3G que não faço a minima ideia de como resolver isso. O problema ocorreu durante a reinstalação do IOS 4.2.1, porem o micro desligou o meio da restauração e após isso não consigo mais restaurar. Ele chega a ligar, mas fica preso naquela tela do itunes, pedindo para plugar o cabo. Quando tento fazer uma restauração pelo itunes ele fica dando o erro 46 e não sai disso, mas procurei em todos os lugares possíveis, porem acho nenhuma informação referente a esse erro. Quem puder me dar uma luz eu agradeço. Abraços.
Olá já tentou colocar o aparelho em modo dfu e a partir dai tentar restaurar Sent from my iPad2 using Tapatalk HD
Já tentei fazer isso, porem continua dando o mesmo erro. Esse até monstra a barra de instalação o iphone, mas no itunes fica a mensagem "esperando o iphone" e depois de uns 5 minutos vem o erro. Já troquei de cabo, porta usb, até de computador, porem sempre sem o mesmo erro.
ve se isto te ajuda My iphone 3 shut itself down. I tunes would then try to restart the phone, but when it got to the point of saying "contacting the phone" the error message number 46 would come up. So frustrating, To fix it:1. I did a unexpected shut down of my computer (holding the power button). 2. I re opened itunes. 3. I connected my home to itunes. 4. I pressed and held the home (bottom button on iphone) and the top button on the iphone, at the same time. 5. After exactly ten seconds I released the top button (your iphone screen may be blank and the phone will disconnect from itunes). 6. I then held the home button (I think thats what it's called, it's the only buttom on the face of the iphone), I held this button until the phone was re-recognized by itunes. 7. I then followed the itunes promts to restore and was elated when it worked. (I also pressed home a couple times out of pure frustration at the point when the iphone screen has a apple on it with a progress bar on the bottom, but I don't think that effected the process.) Prezado opd479, sinto te informar mas esse erro não é relacionado a software mas sim a hardware, sugiro levar teu aparelho em uma assistencia especializada.
Putz, não brinca cara... sério que é problema de Hardware ?? Mas é em alguma coisa especifica ou se trata de um erro genérico ?
opd479, nos foruns da Apple o pessoal afirma isso, mas tambem citaram o método acima que o PMFreire descreveu, tente faze-lo com atenção, caso não dê certo, realmente é hardware.
